of this research is the role that institutions play in providing

My Bi-weekly column in El Cronista Comercial, Buenos
Aires Argentina (In Spanish only) From February 2001 until May 2003 I have been writing a bi-weekly column in El Cronista Comercial, a leading financial newspaper in Argentina. My columns dealt with how I saw regulatory and institutional issues in Argentina, but I also indulged in some commentary about global issues. Consulting I work with both businesses and institutions as a consultant. Some of the organizations I have worked with include: The Federal Trade Commission, the World Bank, the Department of Transportation, the SIGET - El Salvador's Regulatory Agency, the SIT - Guatemala's Telecom regulator, The Mexico Energy Regulation Commission, the Mexico Antitrust Commission, the United Nations, and the Central Bank of Uruguay. |
